Registered Office

A registered office is the actual physical location where a corporation is deemed to exist.

The law states that all Alberta corporations must have a registered office in Alberta that is accessible to the general public during normal business hours.  Since many small businesses and entrepreneurs do not have a specific business office, or do not want to list their home address within the public registry, DLBH LLP acts as the official registered office for a great many Alberta corporations.   For a relatively small fee, DLBH LLP will act as your registered office, file the necessary annual returns required under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) and be “on retainer” to address many of your basic legal needs - often without the payment of additional legal fees.
