Andrew (Drew) Gromnicki practises primarily in the areas of securities, corporate, commercial, oil and gas law. With twenty years of combined experience in law and business, he provides a practical and creative approach to corporate finance, securities and energy law issues. In the securities area his work has included initial public offerings, takeover bids, public and private share and debt financings involving offering memoranda and mutual fund trusts, business combinations and international stock exchange listings. Although Mr. Gromnicki's main focus is the Province of Alberta, he has provided advice regarding transactions completed across Canada, in the United States, Europe, Central America and the Caribbean.

In addition to his busy practice, Mr Gromnicki has acted as a director and officer for a number of public and private companies providing them with assistance in developing corporate plans, going public and compliance with ever increasing corporate governance demands.
