Profile

Before joining DLBH LLP as a solicitor in the corporate/commercial and business law department, Brett obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of Alberta. Brett was called to the Alberta Bar in 2006.

Initially, Brett practiced at a midsized law firm in Edmonton. After 3 years in Edmonton, Brett made the move to Calgary gaining invaluable experience in a variety of legal areas that are handled by boutique law firms. Brett’s practice encompasses corporate commercial matters (including corporate organizations, financing, leasing, purchase and sale of business assets), residential and commercial real estate conveyancing as well as wills and estates.

Outside of the office Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, “Wheels”. He also enjoys playing hockey, skiing, swimming, golf, ultimate frisbee and any other outdoor activity.
